Cancellation Policy

Should the weather take a turn for the worst and we believe it is unsafe to operate on the day, we will send you an email. If we cancel a tour a 100% refund will be given.
Notification will be sent via email. Most tours will proceed as scheduled even in rain and hot weather.
We do reserve the right to use our discretion and re-direct the tour slightly in order to make it more comfortable and safer for participants.
If a tour is postponed at a location due to weather, we will then wait at that location up to 1 hour before cancelling the remaining portion of the tour.
If a tour is cancelled at this point, a 50% refund will be given.
