- Spectators are welcome at the take-off zone, depending on ground staff availability
- There is a public viewing platform located on Eagle Drive, adjacent to the air traffic control tower and the Aviator's Cafe

- Accurate passenger weight is required at the time of booking
- Maximum individual seat weight is 130kg
- Total combined passenger weight must not exceed 240kg
- Participant changes are accepted, subjected to weight requirements
- Minimum of two, maximum of three passengers

- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Block out periods may apply on public holidays or during scheduled maintenance
- All flights are subject to weather conditions and aircraft availability
- Flights may be rescheduled or cancelled by the provider due to weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances
- In the event of cancellation, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund
- Passengers must be able to board and disembark the helicopter with minimal assistance

- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
