This experience operates on specific days each month, with start times varying between 8am, 8.15am, 8.30am, 11.15am and 2pm.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your class time.

Terms And Conditions

Participants should bring their own vehicle and be medically fit to drive
Participants are required to hold at least a provisional licence
Vehicles are required to be roadworthy and appropriate for the designated tasks
Vehicles must be clean, free from loose items and have at least half a tank of fuel
A maximum of two drivers per vehicle are allowed to share
Program can satisfy training requirements for drivers operating company vehicles or own personal vehicle during work hours
In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern
Participants changes are welcome
Spectators are not permitted
Drivers are required to sign a disclaimer acknowledging that the car is not covered by insurance while on the track
Although the track days are designed with safety in mind, unforeseen incidents can occur due to the inherent higher-than-normal risk associated with this environment
The experience provider assumes no responsibility for incidents, crashes, damage, or injuries that may occur during our driving events
Participants should be aware that they may be held liable for any damage caused to the facility

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling with a notice period of 30 days or more will incur no charges
For cancellations or rescheduling made with a notice period of 14 to 29 days, a fee of 30% of the total cost will be applied
Cancellations or rescheduling made with a notice period of 7 to 13 days will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost
Any cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 7 days' notice will result in a 100% charge of the total cost
