Terms And Conditions
- While conditions do vary, all participants associated with this booking should be able to:
- Swim freestyle and be confident in moving water
- Guests require a reasonable level of fitness and good mobility
- Walk without having to stop or sit down to rest for up to 20 minutes
- Lay on your stomach and paddle for extended periods
- Easily stand up from a sitting position on the ground, without assistance at least 3 times in a row

- Full refund if cancelled more than 72 hours from tour departure
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
