While conditions do vary, all participants associated with this booking should be able to:
Swim freestyle and be confident in moving water
Guests require a reasonable level of fitness and good mobility
Walk without having to stop or sit down to rest for up to 20 minutes
Lay on your stomach and paddle for extended periods
Easily stand up from a sitting position on the ground, without assistance at least 3 times in a row

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled more than 72 hours from tour departure
Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
