What you can expect

Take charge and choose your own exploration adventure when you hire a mountain bike in the Port Douglas area. Feel unstoppable, explore off the beaten track, and set your own pace. You'll be dropped off at a trailhead to start your day and given a map, suggestions, and a turn-by-turn GPS (just in case).

Before you head off, you'll be given all the necessary safety equipment and a comprehensive briefing of the trail. With high-quality dual-suspension mountain bikes (with eBike options too), you'll be able to brave the Bump Track, discover cooling creeks and lush rainforests effortlessly. Whether you're in the mood for a ride of exhilaration or relaxation, you'll find it with ease here.

  • The Hire Shop is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 3pm on weekends
  • Closed on Sunday during the low season

Terms And Conditions

  • Mountain biking can be dangerous, you must be capable of riding a mountain bike on uneven terrain
  • By booking this hire you release the bike shop of all liability
  • If inclement weather is forecast that poses a danger to the ride the supplier will contact you
  • If the tour is cancelled and can't be rescheduled you will be offered a full refund
  • Minimum age is five and maximum is 85
  • Minimum group size of two and a maximum of 20

Cancellation Policy

  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your experience will incur a cancellation fee
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
