The experience provider reserves the right to amend operations due to weather conditions
All passes and products are valid only for the summer season they were purchased for
Vouchers are strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the purchasing guest for their experience
Passes are non-refundable
All pass holders assume personal risk for injury, loss, or damage while on the mountain
An adult is defined as any person aged 16 years and over
A child is aged between 6 and 15 years inclusive
Infant is aged 0 to 5 years
The Family Pass (Gondola only) is valid for two adults and two children, with children required to be aged between 6 and 15 years
If the experience provider is closed and guests are unable to use purchased vouchers, a refund may be available
Last sightseeing gondola runs 30 minutes before closing
