Terms And Conditions

Minimum age is 10 years; maximum age is 110 years
Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult
Solo jumper weight must be between 35kg and 160kg
Tandem jumps require each jumper to weigh between 35kg and 117kg, with a combined maximum of 235kg and no more than 30kg difference
Tandem jumps are subject to river conditions, which must be low or normal
Transport is available from the Station Building at the corner of Camp and Shotover Streets in central Queenstown
Cameras must be securely attached if taken to the jump pod or used during the jump
Camera use is at your own risk and subject to crew approval
Spectators are welcome on site
Participants should be well rested, hydrated, and have eaten prior to the experience
Advise the crew of any medical conditions, including high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy excluding photosensitive epilepsy, fractures, fragile skin, neurological disorders, diabetes, asthma, prosthetics, anxiety or panic attacks, or recent injuries
Pregnant participants and those with photosensitive epilepsy cannot take part under any circumstances
A doctor’s certificate is required for osteoporosis, scoliosis, or a recent concussion
