Maximum weight is 125 kilograms
There is no minimum weight, smaller participants may ride tandem with their guide
Participants younger than 15 years old must be supervised by a guardian, those younger than 18 require a guardian signature on their waiver
Minimum of two and maximum 10 participants
Study closed toe footwear is required
Not available from the Christmas to New Years period
In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
Spectators are permitted but will need to purchase their own gondola pass
Small item storage is available
