What you can expect

Embark on a captivating 1 hour guided tour of Splitters Farm, a haven for photographers and animal enthusiasts alike. Interact intimately with over 360 enchanting rescued animals, capturing unforgettable moments. Delight in the exquisite taste of farm-fresh honey, straight from the source. Revel in the genuine atmosphere of a functional working farm.

Our activities are designed to blend educational farm-based entertainment with the freedom to craft your own adventure amidst the natural surroundings. Bask in life's simple pleasures and soak up the sun and relish the fresh air. After your guided farm tour, feel free to linger and enjoy a picnic in the stunning gardens. Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session for an essential safety briefing.

Please be aware that this experience encompasses animal feeding, with morning sessions being the optimal time for this heartwarming activity.

  • Splitters Farm is a 10 minute drive north of Bundaberg's bustling CBD, or 4 hours drive north of Brisbane Queensland

  • If you or your group do not wish to travel due to extreme weather events (proof of said event must be evident) you will need to contact us immediately to discuss
  • Accessibility:
  • Two disability car park spots are allocated in the parking lot behind the main office We offer a mobile check-in option for checking in via tablet device, phones, and EFTPOS device. The Campground amenities block has an accessible toilet that is ambulant in sizing with grab rails present and a concrete pathway surrounds the perimeter We believe in the benefits and healing aspects of animal therapy and the positive impact animals can have on the mentally impaired.
  • We also understand that some loud noises from animals, vehicles and people can have adverse effects for those high on the spectrum or with social anxieties. Please let us know if you or a client are prone to experiencing any of these issues so we can design an environment that best suits your needs.

  • Assistance dogs welcomed – An Assistance Dog is an accredited dog specially trained to assist a person with a disability and has met the state standards for public access rights.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to change any details of your booking, please contact the supplier directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A $20 change booking fee will apply to any changes to your booking dates.
