What To Bring

Sunscreen
A hat that can get wet
Sunglasses (with a strap ideally)
Swimming shorts or a swimsuit
A wet or rash shirt (or t-shirt) to protect you from the sun
A wetsuit if you feel the cold (recommended May–October)
A bag with a bottle of water and snacks (if needed)

Additional Information

Watching YouTube videos and researching “How to Kitesurf” before your lesson is highly recommended to help you feel mentally prepared and excited for the experience
If you don’t regularly engage in physical activity, starting a light fitness routine beforehand can help improve stamina and enjoyment during the two‑hour lesson, though most people find the session very manageable at their own pace

One instructor per student or two-person group
Minimum of one and a maximum of two participants
In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
