Terms And Conditions

  • Minimum age is seven years (For the Canoe option)
  • A low level of fitness is required
  • Canoeing is 5kms which takes approx. 1 hour
  • Departs every day of the year except Christmas day
  • Maximum of 36 people per vessel
  • The vessel is fully enclosed and operates rail, hail or shine
  • Limited access using national park pathways. There are a small number of steps to get on and off the vessel
  • Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience (Ensure you know your pick-up locations and times. Driver will not delay waiting for late runners)
