What you can expect
Paddle out on the water and discover Manly's beautiful harbour coastline on this four hour kayak hire. You'll explore small exclusive beaches, enjoy views from out on the water and go in search of the local waterfall. From the kayak location in the heart of Manly, you will be given an explanation of the area and get fitted with a life jacket before paddling off on a self-guided kayaking adventure. You'll explore small, tucked-away beaches only accessibly from the water and you'll go in search of a local waterfall located at the back of one of the beaches. Dry bags are supplied as well, so you can bring your own picnic and enjoy a lunch on one of the pristine beaches in the area.

Departure Location
- This experience departs from East Pier, Manly Wharf, Manly NSW 2095. If you are catching a ferry into Manly, simply turn right after getting off the ferry and the hire location is in front of Manly Felons Bar. If you are driving, Wentworth Street Carpark is recommended and it is a 1 minute walk towards the Wharf from there.
What To Bring
- Paddling clothes (rash vest, board shorts, hat)
- Drinking Water
- Sunscreen and towel
- Thermal top, wind breaker (on cooler days)
- Dry change of clothes for after the paddle
- Snacks/light lunch to eat on the beaches
Additional Information
- Participants must be able to swim at least 150m confidently
- Participants who are under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
- Maximum combined weight is 250kg

- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Great experience!
We hired a double kayak for four hours, and it was great as it gave us enough time to paddle up to Quarantine Beach, visit the museum and enjoy a coffee there, then hop onto two other beaches on the way back. A weekend with a taste of heaven. I definitely recommend it!

Great winter morning kayaking!
Had a beautiful day kayaking for my friends birthday. Martin was very accommodating for our big group and even went overtime for us. We kayaked all the way to quarantine island and he told us some local history along the way. When we got back, they even had some warm water for us to warm our feet! Highly recommend.
