I had the wildest time driving (handbrakes and donuts) in the manual Subaru brz - I felt invincible 🤩 The hot laps was second to none with a pro driver drifting and then getting as close as possible to another pro driver drifting with such precision and strategy 🏎️

Great fun, well organised. Wouldn’t recommend for someone experienced as you’ll get approx. 10-15mins of yourself actually driving on the skidpan. Great for first timers, definitely recommend.

What you can expect
Get started on your journey to mastering one of the most extreme and thrilling driving experiences with this introduction to drifting. You'll have hands-on practice guided by Aussie drift championship drivers as you learn the fundamentals and two of the core skills needed to drift. Plus, you'll ride in the passenger seat for two insanely exciting hot laps around Sydney Motorsport Park with a championship driver behind the wheel.
Your course will be up to an hour, depending on student numbers, and you'll be handling purpose-built drifting cars as you learn to master the basics. After a briefing on general drifting principals and safety, you'll be strapped in alongside with professional instructors to show you how it’s done. Then get ready to take the wheel and put your skills to the test.
You'll be focusing on two key techniques: drift handbrake entry, and drift donuts. You can really let loose and enjoy the full potential of the cars and track in a safe environment. Then gear up for your drift battle thrill rides with a professional competition drifter where you'll experience how extreme drifting can really be.

Duration
- Please arrive ready for sign-in 20 minutes before the scheduled start time
- For the duration of the event, please allow up to one hour depending on class size and other variables such as weather
- You will be required to attend a compulsory drivers brief 15 minutes before start time
- All students must attend the safety drivers briefing at the beginning, otherwise you may be excluded from the event and your experience will be forfeited

- Bring your driving licence (if applicable)
- Hat, sunglasses sunscreen on hot and sunny days
- Camera
- Long sleeve shirt, long pants and enclosed shoes are compulsory

- Experience in driving manual cars is essential

- Participants under 18 years require an guardian's consent
- Drivers licence is not necessary

Not good, do not recommend.
I was there at least 30 minutes early to the experience, yet I was one of the last people in the group that completed their drifting experience. The actual experience only lasted about 5-10 minutes with only about 1 or 2 attempts at each of the 2 types of drifting. Then once I got to the passenger laps the track was shut down and they asked for me to put my details down to rebook and come back at a later date. I live more than an hour away and this was a severe inconvenience. The entire time I was there, they were at least 30 minutes behind on the schedule and I ended up wasting at least 4 hours of my day just for 5 minutes of drifting. Do not recommend.
