I highly recommend this. Dan and the crew are so well organised. I suggest getting 10 laps or higher. The car is so much fun to drive and the more you spend time the better you get.
What you can expect
Just because you're not a professional race car driver doesn't mean you can't experience the thrill of life behind the wheel of a race car. Climb into an F1-style Formula Ford and take on the legendary Eastern Creek circuit at Sydney Motorsport Park.
Before you hit the track, you'll complete two orientation laps in a road car with an experienced race driver to get familiar with the circuit. Then it's your turn to take control. Strap into the open cockpit, grab the wheel and unleash five exhilarating laps in a genuine Formula Ford race car, purpose-built for speed and precision.
Sitting just inches from the tarmac, you'll feel every corner, bump and rush of acceleration as you power around the Corporate Hill section of the Amaroo (South) Circuit. With incredible grip, razor-sharp handling and race-ready engineering, these championship-level machines deliver an authentic motorsport experience that's sure to leave you buzzing long after the chequered flag falls.

Inclusions
- Drive five laps in a Formula Ford race car
- Driving instruction by real race car drivers
- All race and safety equipment provided: helmets, race suits and boots
- Two orientation laps in a saloon car before your drive
- Coffee, tea and water
Extras
- For safety reasons, drivers are not permitted to take recording devices on their drive but video footage is available to purchase on the day
Time
- Sessions run from 7:30am - 4:30pm, with 2 dates scheduled per month (dependent on availability)
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the session start time
Duration
- Please allow approximately 2-3 hours for the experience
Location
- This experience takes place at Sydney Motorsport Park, Ferrers Road, Eastern Creek, NSW. Travelling east or west on the M4, take the Reservoir Road exit
- Follow the Sydney Motorsport Park signs on the Great Western Highway and turn left into Brabham Drive
- Once you reach the roundabout at the end of Brabham Drive (near the Alpha Hotel) turn right and follow Ferrers rd. around to the gate A entry (formerly gate 7)
What To Bring
- Please bring your driving licence as you will not be permitted to drive without it
- Closed-toe shoes are essential
- Hat, sunscreen and sunglasses
- Clothes suitable for the weather on the day

- Booking time will be confirmed by the experience provider
- Please contact Adrenaline if you are looking to book more than six months in advance
Terms And Conditions
- Not suitable for pregnant women or those who suffer from certain medical conditions.
- Participants must have "P" standard manual driving licence and be able to operate a manual gearbox.
- Participants will be required to sign an indemnity accepting liability for any damage to the car, when you are driving you are responsible for any damage done to the race vehicle.
- Minimum age is 16 years. Participants under the age of 18 years will require a parent/guardian to sign forms on their behalf.
- Maximum weight is 120kg.
- The minimum height on this experience is 155cm, and the maximum is 188cm.
- Subject to availability.
- This experience is an outdoor event and will go ahead in wet/damp conditions. If the supplier deems the track unsafe, due to extreme weather conditions, we will reschedule your experience to a convenient later date. We do not offer refunds. In damp or wet conditions, you must still arrive for your allocated session/event unless advised otherwise by the supplier.
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- No refunds will be offered on any booked experiences

Well organised and soo much fun
Bought this experience as a gift to my brother, he had a blast! The team were experienced, well organised and professional. I opt for the 10 laps instead of 5, glad I did cause my brother said it goes by fast and all the prep you do prior (1.5-2hrs) doesn’t go to waste. Would definitely recommend to other adrenaline junkies! Memorable experience for my brother most definitely. Awesome work guys and thanks again!
