What you can expect

Feel the weight of the city fall away as you step into the ancient forests of the Blue Mountains for a two-hour guided forest bathing walk, where eucalyptus woodland, lush rainforest pockets and dramatic sandstone escarpments surround you at every turn. Drawing on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, this experience challenges you to slow down, sharpen your senses and move through one of Australia's most striking national parks with real intention.

Your guide leads you past gentle cascades, windswept escarpments and pockets of dense rainforest, sharing the stories of the native flora and fauna along the way. A light refreshment is included to round out the session. Trade the noise and rush for something that challenges you in a quieter way, and get out into the mountains this weekend.
