Learn to dive deep into the ocean without any SCUBA breathing apparatus in this exciting two day freediving course on the Central Coast. You'll practice all the skills you need to dive up to 20m deep on a single breath and hold your breath underwater for over two minutes. 

Over the two full days of freediving training, you'll cover a variety of disciplines from laying in the water holding your breath, to swimming distance underwater and descending vertically into the water diving to depth. Learn the physical and mental techniques that make freediving possible, all from some of Australia's top freediving instructors. After an initial pool session, you get out for a shore dive and a boat dive on the HMAS Adelaide Shipwreck. You can take out of this course whatever you want to - whether that's being able to freedive super deep or just sit underwater for long periods to watch marine life.
