Release all your pent up energy and creativity with this one hour session for two in a paint splash room in Sydney. You'll have everything from squirt guns to brushes to splatter colourful paint around the walls, your canvas or each other. This paint splash room is the perfect opportunity to let loose on a fun and creative activity, and it's great for all ages. You and your paint-throwing buddy will be briefed on tips and tricks and get geared up with overalls, shoe covers and goggles before getting into the (non-toxic) paint supplies. Then, you'll be provided with your own canvas and paints to let loose with, and you're free to make some colourful magic around the walls, your canvas or each other. By the end of the session, the white walls and canvas will be a thing of the past and you'll be surprised at how therapeutic throwing paint really is. Paint balloons are available to buy separately on the day.

late start, never able to pick up paintings

The place opened up about an hour late but we were told Adrenaline hadn't switched over their clocks to daylight saving. Then a week later when I went to collect the paintings (which they didn't tell me I had to do until after everything was painted), they never answered my phone calls and I stood outside for about half an hour. I visited during their said opening hours and texted them. To this day no response. If you just want stress relief that's fine, they let you paint but bring your enthusiasm.
