What you can expect
Take to the skies and learn the basics of flying with this 30 or 60-minute introductory flight from Sydney's Camden Airport. This is your opportunity to get behind the controls of a modern flying training aircraft with an experienced flying instructor and get a taste for the thrill of being a pilot. Enjoy the rush of taking control of the aircraft while soaring over the stunning Macarthur region. Your adventure will begin with a briefing by your flight instructor, where you'll learn about what to expect during the flight and how to operate the aircraft controls. During your half hour flight time you can experience thrilling hands on flying time about 98% of the time. All training aircrafts are fitted with dual controls to ensure safety and you will have communication with your instructor at all times. You will learn to fly 'stick and rudder' with 'power and attitudes', this will give you a lifelong grounding in the skills required to fly all aircraft that traditional nose wheel trainers do not. On completion you'll have a de-brief with your instructor, and the 30 or 60 minute flight time can be logged towards your license. So what are you waiting for? Get up in the air and live your dream of being a pilot for the day!

What To Bring
- Loose comfortable clothing, as it can get quite warm in the cockpit
- Sturdy shoes
- Sunglasses are a must as the glare off clouds can be quite severe
- A cap is also a good idea
Terms And Conditions
- Minimum age is 12 years, and under 18s must obtain written parental consent
- Maximum weight 120kg
- Maximum height is 191cm
- You must be able to understand and act upon/respond to instructions provided in English
- You must be in good health with no major medical illness - people with epilepsy cannot fly
- No experience is required; you will be supervised by an expert instructor at all times
- No heavy drinking the night before and a decent breakfast on the morning are recommended
- If you don’t meet all the requirements outlined in and/or suffers a medical condition, you may still be able to participate in a TIF flight; however you must first discuss you situation prior to the flight to ensure you can be catered for safely
- This experience is for 1 person only
- For queries on the day of your flight, please call the supplier
- Photos can be taken before or after the flight with the aircraft or even better have a friend or family member take pictures of you taxying the aircraft and/or taking off and/or landing
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
