Photo identification is required for the lead passenger
All passengers must provide accurate individual weights at the time of booking for aircraft weight and balance calculations
Guests with mobility requirements, disabilities or additional needs are welcome; please advise when booking
Wheelchair access is available at the facility; if assistance is required for transfers into or out of the aircraft, arrangements must be made and approved by the operator prior to the flight
Cancellation and rescheduling policies apply as per the operator's booking terms and conditions
Price is per helicopter, not per person; valid for up to three passengers
This is a private experience for up to three participants
Avoid loose hats, scarves or other lightweight items that may blow away on the tarmac
Maximum weight per passenger is 130kg; maximum combined weight of 270kg

Guests with heart conditions, back or neck injuries, recent surgery or other medical conditions affected by flight should consult their doctor before booking and advise the operator
Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to fly
Flights are subject to weather and operational requirements and may be delayed, rerouted or rescheduled
In the event of adverse weather, your experience will be rescheduled at no cost, or refunded at the discretion of the operator
Non-flying spectators are welcome at the hangar
Participant changes permitted with prior notice, provided combined max weight restrictions are not exceeded
