Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or request a refund up to seven (7) days prior to your scheduled departure date.
Any rescheduling requests or refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@seasydneyharbour.com.au.
Requests received within seven (7) days of the booked departure date will incur either a 100% cancellation fee if you request a refund, or a 50% fee if you request a reschedule.
Any proposed rescheduled date must be within twelve (12) months of the original booking date; otherwise, you will be deemed to have cancelled the booking and no refund will be provided.
You may make only one (1) rescheduling request per booking.
All rescheduling requests are subject to acceptance by Sea Sydney Harbour and may be approved or declined at its sole discretion.
If pricing for the new date differs from the original booking, you will be required to pay the difference, or if the new price is lower, the difference will be credited back to you.

Excellent all round

We just made it on to the cruise (our fault for being late lol), and while it wasn't a great sunset that night (the weather's fault I guess lol), it was very peaceful and smooth. Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable guides too. Generous food and drinks to top off a truly excellent experience! Recommend.
