Stuck for ideas on how to entertain the kids after school? Why not send them on an 8 lesson surf course at Cronulla Beach? Lessons go for 1.5 hours each and are a great way to give your kids an intro to surfing in a fun and safe environment. All lessons progress through the skills of surfing according to the students' abilities and previous experience. The instructors will start by checking the surf conditions with you kids and lead them into the warm up to prepare them for a session of surfing fun, entertainment and improvement.

These lessons will cover the basics of riding a surfboard and how to catch a wave, surf awareness and ocean conditions (rips, currents, tides) all whilst the kids are on the beach. The focus is to introduce them as a beginner surfer to the pure thrill and addiction of surfing a great wave, but also to educate them on the dangers of the ocean and the importance of fitness and safety. So whether you're a beginner or looking to further develop your skills, surfing with us after school is definitely a good option! The course content will vary with the level of participants. First timers will cover all content included in Safe Surfing Program Level 1 & 2, while the more advanced will cover Level 3.
