Seasons
- These mean machines can operate in most weather, however, for your safety we do not operate in extreme weather. If conditions are unsafe the experience provider will contact you via SMS or phone call as soon as possible to reschedule your experience

- Allow up to one hour at the track for your experience

- Minimum age is 10
- All passengers are required to sign a waiver of liability form (ages 10 - 18 years will need a parent/guardian to sign on the day)
- Maximum height is 201cm and weight 130kg
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience unless extreme circumstances
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Name changes are free of charge
