The perfect motoring experience
I purchased the VIP experience for my wife - she drove 6 laps and then was a passenger for 2 laps with a professional driver- which she did today. Ros found it to be one of the best experiences she has had. Graham and Kurt, the 2 drivers, as well as all the staff were wonderful. A fantastic experience that I suspect she is keen to do again- at least once the adrenaline gos back to normal levels!

I was so nervous, but the instructor kept pushing me to go faster, to trust the car, telling me which lines to take, how to use the powerful breaks to maintain my speed through the corners. And, he had his own break just in case. By the end, I managed to hit over 200km/h on the straight. My video showed me grinning from ear to ear.
What you can expect
Experience thrilling V8 action with this epic combination of passenger laps and driving laps on the North Circuit at Sydney Motorsport Park. You'll take control of a real V8 race car and challenge yourself to eight drive laps around the circuit, then strap into the passenger seat for two lightening fast laps with a real race car driver showing you how it's done. Your V8 combo day begins with a safety briefing and pre-drive tuition session with experienced race drivers. You'll learn techniques on cornering, apexes and exiting, efficient braking and acceleration, steering, gear changes and general car control, as well as safety and track awareness. Make sure to ask questions so you're confident to take on the track. Experience firsthand the unreal power of a V8 race car as you race around the 2.8km circuit with your instructor advising you from the passenger seat. You'll be shocked at how easy it is to drive one of these machines. While you're still hyped up from your eight lap drive, move over to the front passenger seat and let your instructor show you the car's full potential over two extreme laps. Spectators will love the high-speed action from the sidelines, so make sure to bring them along!

- V8 days are not normally affected by weather, unless there is an absolute downpour in which case the day will be rescheduled. In the event of inclement weather, your ride will be rescheduled

- No manual-transmission driving experience necessary
- You must hold a minimum of a P-Plate licence to drive
- You must be able to fit into an XXXL race suit or smaller
- Maximum height is 194cm
- Minimum height is 135cm
- Maximum weight is 130kg
- Not suitable for anyone who is pregnant
- You must have a 0.00% blood alcohol reading on the day
- The experience provider reserves the right to stop the car or refuse anyone found to be driving or acting in an unsafe manner
Cancellation Policy
- This experience is non-refundable, no cancellations and no amendments.
- No refunds will be offered on any booked experiences. However, bookings are transferrable – in the case of transfers, the original purchaser must provide notification of who the voucher will be given to before the booking or voucher expires. No refunds will be offered on expired bookings or vouchers
