The perfect motoring experience
I purchased the VIP experience for my wife - she drove 6 laps and then was a passenger for 2 laps with a professional driver- which she did today. Ros found it to be one of the best experiences she has had. Graham and Kurt, the 2 drivers, as well as all the staff were wonderful. A fantastic experience that I suspect she is keen to do again- at least once the adrenaline gos back to normal levels!

Get the full V8 performance racing experience with this ultimate combination of six driving laps behind the wheel and two hot laps in the front seat with John Bowe on the North Circuit at Sydney Motorsport Park.
John Bowe is a V8 Supercar, Bathurst 1000 and 12 Hour champion, top ranked for number of race wins, pole positions and fastest laps in Australian Motorsport. This is an incredible opportunity to experience the mastery of champion racing first hand. Kick off with a safety briefing and pre-drive tuition session with experienced race drivers to get you ready for the drive ahead. They’ll go over techniques on cornering, apexes and exiting, efficient braking and acceleration, steering, gear changes and general car control, as well as safety and track awareness. You’ll have time to ask any questions and make sure you feel comfortable taking the wheel and taking on the track in a V8 race car.
You'll then experience the extreme power of the V8 race car as you drive around the track at incredible speeds with your instructor guiding you from the passenger seat. Then, jump into the passenger seat and V8 legend John Bowe will show you how a champion drives with two thrilling hot laps on the north circuit.Remember to bring along family and friends as the V8 excitement is not limited to inside the car!

FAQs
- What are the height and weight restrictions? - Participants must be a minimum height of 135cm and must not exceed a height of 194cm. A maximum weight restriction of 130kg is applicable to all participants.
- Is there an age limit? No, however participants must be within the above requirements.
- Are there any health risks involved? Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs when participating. Experiences involve some muscle jarring and high G-forces, the operator recommends seeking medical advice prior to participation if you have any health concerns.
- What race suit sizes are available? Race suits are available in sizing from small to 4XL.
- What clothing is required? Participants must wear enclosed shoes such as runners or sneakers. Open-toed shoes, heels and thongs are not permitted. It is best to wear weather appropriate and comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement.
- Can I bring any spectators? Friends and family are welcome to come along as spectators at no additional fee. There is plenty of good viewing and photo opportunities at the venue.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
First was the self-drive (6 laps) with my instructor ("Mayan") in a manual Ford V8 Falcon giving clear guidelines as to what to expect re braking markers, witches hats/cones re: apex of corner/bend. My instructor was very patient and encouraging to do my best and go faster lap after lap, even though I hadn''t driven a manual for over 20 years. I should have paid and driven 4 additional laps, just to be able to get a better handle of the car and circuit. There was a 10 minute briefing prior to heading out on to the circuit with clear instructions as to what is required from drivers. Then my final session was with John Bowe in the Ford Mustang which was exilerating, and JB was entetaining in & out of the car. He was very inviting of having my family & friends spend time with him in the pits. He love chatting to us and sharing moments of the day and motor racing in general. The whole experience made for a perfect day out. I would do it again in a heart beat. The whole team of staff there that day at the V8 Fastrack Experience was profesional, welcoming right through from registration, instructional briefing, fitment of race-suit & helmet, to being strapped into the racing seat.
