Very very disappointed, don’t waste your money

Today, I went on a whale watching tour in Sydney Harbour. They painted a vivid picture of whales splashing about, performing tricks, and the possibility of seeing other marine life like dolphins, sea turtles, and seals. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what was promised. Despite the rain and wind, the trip was not canceled. I only caught a glimpse of a whale's tail, which was extremely disappointing. I was willing to overlook the poor weather conditions since they assured us of another chance if we didn't see the whales. However, when I requested a voucher for a future trip, I was told that seeing a whale's tail counts as a whale sighting, and thus, I was not eligible for a voucher. This policy felt unfair and left me deeply disappointed with the service. The experience did not live up to the expectations set by the advertisement, and the lack of customer consideration was disheartening. I would never recommend this tour.
