The best way to whale watch! You're faster than everyone else! You're closer than everyone else! It's whale watching meets fun jet ride. Also, Blake is really cool with nice eyes.

What you can expect

This whale watching cruise is your chance to experience the extreme fun of whale watching like no other tour. Leave the crowded, slow, and seasickness-inducing whale watching ferries in your wake and jump onboard this 1.5-2 hour Ocean Extreme experience that takes you on a high-speed boating adventure to see humpback whales closer than ever.

Head out from The Rocks and first you'll cruise across Sydney Harbour to pick up more passengers from Manly Wharf (available here). Your captain will give you some insight into the behaviour of the whales and what you should be looking out for while you're out trying to spot them. Then it's time to jet off out of the harbour and offshore to find a migrating pod of whales. You'll be on board a safari style open ocean RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat), that is the fastest commercial vessel in Sydney. So you can get closer to the whales faster than any other tour. This is the only whale watching tour that gives you completely unobstructed and up close viewing of the whales as they splash, and breach around you.

Your crew are fully qualified and will point out places of interest along the way as you enjoy the thrilling cruise around the offshore waterways. This is a completely unique and unforgettable Sydney whale watching tour that you need to experience for yourself.

Please note: whale sighting guarantee is included, and whale watching season runs from mid May until early November.

AMAZING

My husband and I went on this with little expectations. We did not expect to find any whales at all if i'm being completely honest. Well... we were able to find some and it was one of the most incredible experience. Although we didn't see a whale breach, we were able to see 5 different whales and learn about them on the boat with our guide. I never actually thought about how big they are, until I saw them in person. Not only the whales, but the actual boat journey was very enjoyable too. They provided jackets for all of us and gave us all a prime spot to spot the whales, so no one missed out on seeing them. It was great - Also amazing views of the opera house and bridge while on the boat journey :)
