We did a private tour with Aquascene just before Christmas and the crew did not disappoint! The whole tour was full of amazing memories, informative stories about Magnetic Islands history and great adventures. I cannot recommend the crew at Aquascene enough- we will definately be back to do the shipwreck tour. Thanks for an amazing, family friendly, adventure filled day!

This was, without hesitation, a highlight of our East Coast road trip. We loved the team’s energy and all the insights from the captain, who shared fascinating facts about the history of the land. The scenery was stunning, and we loved the snorkelling in a calm and beautiful bay. We also met the local fish in another bay—they are huge (I had never seen a fish that big!), and they swam so close to us. It was a truly memorable moment. If you’re unsure whether you should go to the island, just go and book your excursion—you won’t regret it!

Additional Information
- Parking is available at the Magnetic Island car park when you arrive. It is free; however, it can fill up on busy days, so please allow extra time to find nearby parking in Nelly Bay.

Wonderful day with a great crew. Lots of sightings of brahminy kites, seagulls and terns. The snorkelling was great with clear water and healthy reef. Lots of fish and coral. Morning tea on the beach was an experience not to forget with everything being carried over by the crew while chest deep in water and nothing dropped. Great day.
