Please only bring what you need; Experience provider will not be liable for any lost items

Terms And Conditions

The experience provider reserves the right to end hire/tour
Participants are required to tell us before the hire/tour commences if they have pre-existing medical conditions which could impair riding capabilities
All participants must have some level of fitness as some rides are more physically demanding than others and must also be able to tread water with a life jacket on in the event you fall off the jet ski
The maximum weight of an individual person allowed to partake in activities is 130kg
Persons in excess of the weight limit pose an increased health and safety risk to themselves, customers, and staff. The experience provider has set the maximum to 200kg for doubles inclusive of riders and luggage to be adhered to. This is set for the safety of customers
The minimum age for persons to drive watercraft is 16 years (If under 18 a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf), and all passengers must be 8 years or older

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Cancellations made more than 3 days before Tour departure date will receive a full refund of their booking.
Cancellations made within 3 days of departure will receive a refund minus an administration fee (25%).
Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will receive no refund. Refunds are given at Poseidon Jet Ski Tours discretion.
If cancellation is due to poor weather, the customer can chose either reschedule their tour/hire or alternatively receive gift voucher to be used at a later date. (Valid for 12 months).
