What To Bring

It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing of a lightweight material for most days and occasions
It is recommended to bring along a jumper and/or windproof jacket as the conditions at sea are often harsher than what you will experience on land
Please wear appropriate covered shoes at all times during the tour

Please contact the operator in regards to wheelchair access as tides and weather determine accessibility
The tour operator have the right to ask any passenger to wear a life jacket at any time
Senior rates apply to holders of a valid Australian or New Zealand Seniors card
Children aged 3 to 12 years inclusive, are eligible for the child rate
Children, under 3 years join the tour free of charge
Family tickets are valid for 2 Adults and 2 Children up to the age of 12 years
Minimum 8 adults required to confirm tour
Tours are confirmed weather permitting. The tour operator endeavour to operate all tours in safe and appropriate weather conditions
Weather is monitored closely at all times and in the event that the conditions are considered to be unsafe the tour operator reserve the right to cancel tours up until the intended departure time. All effort is made to give as much prior notice of cancellation as possible, but no liability is accepted for inconvenience or last-minute change of tour plans by the tour operator
In the rare event we are unable to sight whales, you’re most welcome to join the following scheduled tour free of charge
A full refund will apply if; the tour does not meet our minimum booking numbers or the tour is cancelled due to poor weather conditions
