Continue your journey through history as you view key Batavia shipwreck sites, including the location where survivors made their stand against the mutineers and the reef from which the wreck was recovered. The tour concludes with a flight over the remarkable Pink Lake (Hutt Lagoon), renowned for its vivid pink colour created by naturally occurring Dunaliella salina algae. Kalbarri Abrolhos Fab Tour
Awesome experience loved it, 1 3/4 hours of a feeling of space and an overview of what was below us. We spent a few hours prior visiting the Skywalk and Natures Window, so to fly over after gives a real appreciation. The Abrolhos Islands are a spectacle from above and the stories of the past we need to know and take in. Some special people have shown what is possible. To then fly back over Port Gregory, the Pink lake and to see a Garnet Mine alongside, who in WA is really aware as such, then across farms back to the gorges, and easy run with many highlights and then a great meal at Finlays. On Saturday we drove the coast back to Northhampton and arrived back in Perth 4pm, what a busy but fabulous 30 odd hours. Thank you for the experience.
