Time

Departs at 2pm and returns on the third day at approximately 11am.
All passengers are required to reconfirm their trip (via email or phone) and complete the waiver at least 48 hours prior to departure
Condor normally departs on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. If Condor’s departure dates are not desirable, check out Hammer or Broomstick’s availability as these boats run the same tour.

This experience takes place around the Whitsunday Islands and the outer reef, departing from and returning to Airlie Beach.
This experience departs from the Coral Sea Marina, Shingley Dr, Airlie Beach QLD 4802.
Please meet at the Southern End of Coral Sea Marina, Meeting point C, under the white umbrellas next to Whitsunday JetSki Tours.

Please note we cater for most dietary requirements at no extra cost and our menu is subject to change depending on seasonality and availability of ingredients.
Day 1
Fruit platter on arrival
Afternoon snack: Sunset platter with cheese, crudités, crackers & dips
Dinner: Roast chicken and stuffing served with creamy mashed potato, steamed vegetables, gravy and stone-baked bread.
Evening: Tea, coffee & hot chocolate served with mud cake.
Day 2
Breakfast: Pancakes, selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit salad & toast with a selection of spreads, all served with tea & coffee.
Morning Snack: Tea, coffee & hot chocolate served with fresh fruit & cookies.
Lunch: Bread rolls served with a selection of deli meats, cheese, and a selection of salad. Afternoon Snack: Cheesy nachos served with salsa, sour cream and sweet chilli.
Dinner: Build your own beef burritos with tortillas, salad, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. Evening: Tea, coffee & hot chocolate with Tim Tams.
Day 3
Breakfast: Bacon & egg rolls, selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit salad & bread with a selection of spreads, all served with tea & coffee.
Morning Snack: Tea, coffee & hot chocolate served with fresh fruit & lamingtons.

What To Bring

Small lightweight bags – no suitcases please. You can store luggage at most accommodation locations in Airlie Beach.
Practical clothing and footwear, swimwear, towel(s), hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, drink bottle (we have a filtered water tap on each boat), insect repellent, something warm (for the winter months) and a light jacket can come in handy (even in the summer months)
Bring Your Own (BYO) alcohol and other drinks – no glass or red wine please! We have big eskies with ice to store your drinks in.
Camera - we strongly encourage you to take waterproof cameras rather than expensive DSLR's

Terms And Conditions

Prosail will offer other options, a credit or refund for any cancelled departures due to low numbers or unsafe weather.
All prices are per person in AUD and include GST, National Park and Great Barrier Reef Marine Park entry fees, professional skipper and deck hands, live aboard accommodation, all meals, fresh linen, use of snorkelling equipment and snorkel suits. Prices do not include airfares or transfers to and from the marina, accommodation pre or post tour or extras.
All passengers are required to reconfirm their trip (via email or phone) and complete the online waiver at least 48 hours prior to departure.
Tours are perfect for adventurous singles, couples and groups normally aged between 18-35. We have no age limit, however you must be ‘young at heart’ and understand the adventurous and social nature of our tours.
All guests must be fit and able to move freely about a boat unassisted.
Accommodation on all Prosail vessels is made up of single and double beds in open shared dorm style cabins/sections below deck.
We cater for most diet requirements – vegetarian, vegan, lactose free and gluten free. Please call our office if diet requirements differ from these. Please note that there are limited diet alternatives to our desserts (which include gluten and dairy).
No large bags or suitcases will be accepted on-board. Luggage can be stored at most accommodation locations in Airlie Beach.
The supplier reserve the right to substitute vessels without notice at any time for any reason.
All charters are subject to weather and the vessel operator’s discretion.
We recommend you take out travel insurance covering illness, injury, loss of personal goods and the inability to travel due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances. This is an adventure product and clients should note that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard guests, we cannot be responsible for any damage, personal injury or loss due to the actions of passengers that are beyond our control.
Please note that the WET SEASON in the Whitsunday is normally between December-May when we can experience frequent rain and high humidity. If travelling to Airlie Beach by road, please allow extra time to travel during the WET SEASON as we occasionally have road closures due to flooding.
At certain times of the year, rare but ‘dangerous’ jellyfish inhabit these waters and passengers should take care for their own safety. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk and the owner of the vessel will not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death or any other consequences whatsoever of passengers being stung by jellyfish. To minimise this risk, you will be provided with a full-length protective ‘Snorkel Suit’ to wear whilst swimming and snorkelling during the tour.
The Supplier shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any injury to person or property which is suffered or sustained by any passenger as a result of participating in any of its sailing adventures, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
If you choose to leave a Prosail tour at any stage of your own choice, Prosail will no longer be held accountable for your persons or belongings.

Cancellation Policy

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged with them directly according to this policy
Cancellations made outside 7 days of departure will incur no fee
Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will result in the forfeiture of your booking
Date changes can be accepted without a fee up to seven days prior to departure
