What you can expect
The Whitsundays are one of the most beautiful natural wonders in Australia, if not the whole world, and on this full day tour you can experience the best of what it has to offer. Departing from Airlie Beach, your day begins with an incredible 60 minute scenic flight that takes you right over the Great Barrier Reef and islands. See postcard-perfect views of the azure blue water, Heart Reef, Hill Inlet and Whitehaven Beach out your window.
After you return to the base you’ll head out again for an exhilarating engine-powered rafting experience across amazing tropical waters, and explore pristine secluded islands. Then it’s time for snorkelling, and you’ll be taken to multiple special snorkel sites like Hook Island and Border Island. The colourful underwater world is abundant in marine life and corals, and it’s something you need to tick off your bucket list.
You’ll also visit Whitehaven Beach and Hill Inlet, which are two of the most picturesque and famous spots in Australia’s Whitsunday Islands. With a guided national park walk you’ll finish off an action-packed day experiencing the best of Tropical North Queensland.

Departure Location
- This experience takes place in the Whitsundays, departing Airlie Beach QLD. This experience departs from Abell Point Marina North (next to Sorrento Restaurant & Bar), located on Shingley Drive, Airlie Beach, QLD 4802. Courtesy coach pick-ups are available from local accommodation. Please advise at the time of booking if you require a pick-up.

What To Bring
- Swimwear and towel
- Hat, sunscreen, and sun protective clothing
- Sweater or jacket in winter to protect you from the wind and keep you warm after snorkelling
Terms And Conditions
- Not recommended for pregnant women, elderly people or participants with bad back problems
- For legal and safety reasons all passengers are weighed prior to boarding. Individual weights in excess of 110kg will incur an extra seat surcharge. Maximum per seat weight is 125 kgs
- A signed release will be required from all participants on departure
- Courtesy coach pick-ups are available from local accommodation - please advise at the time of booking if you require a pick-up
- Public holiday surcharge of $20 per adult, $10 per child and $50 per family (2ad and 2ch) is payable directly to the supplier on the day of the experience
- Please note if you are travelling to the Whitsundays on a cruise ship, the timings of this experience do not align with the visiting cruise ship schedule

- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Great day
The scenic flight was amazing! Our pilot gave us awesome views and opportunities to take photos/videos. Would recommend taking a motion sickness tablet if you do get sick. Ocean rafting was fun, snorkelling was amazing and really liked Nicole our skipper. There were some people on our tour that weren't listening to instructions so we missed out on a fun, bumpy ride.

Scenic flight, rafting and snorkling tour
The flight is amazing but the snorkling isn t great compare to the outer great barrier reef we have done a few weeks before. But globally we spent a really nice day doing this tour. The team is really nice.
