What you can expect

If you’re keen to explore the famously beautiful sights of Australia’s Whitsunday Islands and have an action-packed, social getaway, this is the experience for you. For two days and two nights your new home will be a huge sailboat gliding across the crystal blue waters of the World Heritage-listed Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. Lucky you. You’ll kick off day one by meeting your fellow passengers and the three Prosail crew who will be hosting you on board, and set sail from Coral Sea Marina towards the Whitsunday Islands. Check out Tongue Bay and set out for a bush walk up to Hill Inlet Lookout. This is one of the most famous views of the spectacular Whitehaven Beach, and it’s something you need to tick off your bucket list. You’ll also have a few hours on Whitehaven Beach to soak up the crystal water, pristine white shore and sunshine.  In the evenings, once you’re all beached out, you’ll head to a spot where you can drop anchor for the night, and enjoy drinks and snacks all together as the sun sets. Then after dinner and dessert, you can hang out and have drinks on the deck, and even sleep under the stars if you’re up for it.  In the daylight hours you’ll have the opportunity to snorkel some of the most beautiful fringe reef spots in the world. And between exploring the colourful marine wonderlands you can enjoy more beach time on the idyllic shorelines of spots like Langford Island.  Your Whitsundays sailing trip will be packed with beautiful beaches, views, swims, hands-on sailing experience if you want it, and fun with your on-board mates. Even once you’re off the boat the fun keeps going. You’ll have time to go back to your accommodation to freshen up then meet back up with the crew and your group of sailing mates at a reserved table with meal deals and drink discounts for an epic after party.
