Terms And Conditions
- Please advise the provider of any disability or medical condition at the time of booking
- Weight restrictions apply and there may be a surcharge if the combined weights of both passengers exceeds 200kg - please provide accurate weights to avoid disappointment on the day
- All ages can fly, however, infants (age 0-2) must sit on the lap of an adult restrained by a supplementary loop belt provided, so please notify on booking
- Children aged three years and over are required to occupy a seat
- Please provide the names and weights for all participants upon booking
- This is not a private flight and there may be other passengers on board with you
- The flight on the day is subject to weather conditions
- Spectators can watch you from the comfortable reception lounge overlooking the helipad, and tea and coffee facilities are available for all visitors
- Participant changes are available up until departure time
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Cousins 40th
Loved it. Wasn't too long but got to see alot especially since it was my cousins first time. Our pilot Madi was awesome too x highly recommend

Highly recommend
We had Madi for the flight and she put us at ease from the very beginning all the way to the return to ground. The communication from Touchdown Helicopters was professional and prompt which was great. The view was amazing and so beautiful to see from the sky throughout the smooth flight. Thoroughly enjoyable and we would highly recommend. A+ experience!
