- Weight restrictions apply and there may be a surcharge if the combined weights of both passengers exceeds 200kg - please provide accurate weights to avoid disappointment on the day
- All ages can fly, however, infants (age 0-2) must sit on the lap of an adult restrained by a supplementary loop belt provided, so please notify on booking
- Children aged three years and over are required to occupy a seat
- Please provide the names and weights for all participants upon booking
- This is not a private flight and there may be other passengers on board with you
- The flight on the day is subject to weather conditions
- Spectators can watch you from the comfortable reception lounge overlooking the helipad, and tea and coffee facilities are available for all visitors
- Participant changes are available up until departure time

- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
