    If you’re keen to put your power to the test and add some fun back into exercise, this purpose-built ninja obstacle course is the perfect opportunity. You can let loose on the course for an hour, using your stamina, strength and untapped parkour skills to conquer the obstacles. 

    Prepare to get your blood pumping as you become absorbed in taking on all 28 unique obstacles and three-level warped walls. Climb, jump and balance your way through at your own pace with a maximum of 10 people on the course at the same time. 

    There are staff available to supervise and help, so you can ask them for some tips if you’re struggling to overcome an obstacle. You’ll be exhausted but buzzing after an hour of free play on the Sydney ninja obstacle course.
