    What to Bring/Wear

    • Wear comfortable clothing that fits well under a flight suit
    • Lace-up runners (shoe hire available for those who forget)
    • Remove loose hanging items such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches and hair accessories
    • Remove loose items from your pockets

    What is Supplied

    • 2 flights each for a minimum of 5 people

    • Participants must weigh under 136 kg (If you weigh between 114 kg-136 kg, please notify us)
    • Not wearing a hard plaster cast
    • Does not suffer from any neck, back or heart conditions
    • Has not previously suffered from a dislocated a shoulder
    • Has signed our statement of the risk waiver form
    • Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
    • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time

    Cancellation Policy

    • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
    • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
    • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
