What To Bring

Protective sun wear clothing
Casual Clothes: Comfortable attire suitable for water activities.
ID: All guests who plan to drive must provide photo ID.
Sunscreen, water, hat, towel
Guests bringing a camera are kindly asked to make sure a lanyard is securely attached (if not waterproof please don't bring. This is at participants own risk)
Sunglasses with Head Strap: To protect your eyes and keep your sunglasses secure.
Participants may bring own stinger suit. There are also stinger suits for hire

Participants are required to tell the experience provider before the hire/tour commences if they have pre-existing medical condition which could impair participants' riding capabilities
The minimum age for persons to drive our personal watercrafts is 16 years (If under 18 a parent of guardian must sign on their behalf), and all passengers must be 10 years or older
Experience provider reserves the right to cancel a tour due to weather as participants' safety is top priority. Tour route is subject to tides and weather conditions
Expectations with weather: 5-10 knots - smooth ride, 10-15 partially smooth with a little choppy waves, 20+ choppy waves with lots of spray
Adventure Activity Advisory & Safety Acknowledgement:
Jet ski tours and hires are adventure activities that can involve inherent risks. Poseidon Jet Ski Tours maintains high safety standards, trained guides, and established safety procedures, but risks cannot be completely eliminated.
All participants must sign and agree to a Liability Release & Safety Waiver before participating.
Participants must notify staff of any pre-existing medical conditions that could affect their ability to safely participate.
Participants must understand and follow all safety briefings and instructions in English.
We encourage guests to obtain their own travel insurance to cover unforeseen events or personal circumstances.

Terms And Conditions

Participants are required to tell the experience provider before the hire/tour commences if they have pre-existing medical conditions which could impair participants' riding capabilities
All participants must have some level of fitness as some rides are more physically demanding than others and must also be able to tread water with a life jacket on in the event you fall off the jet ski
Maximum weight of an individual person allowed to partake in activities provided by TJSW is 130kg. Persons in excess to the weight limit pose an increased health and safety risk to themselves, customers, and staff
Experience provider has set the maximum to 200kg for doubles inclusive of riders and luggage to be adhered to. This is set for the safety of our customers

We will work with you to reschedule where possible but are not liable for costs, inconvenience, or losses due to changes.
Poseidon Jet Ski Tours may require minimum participant numbers for certain tours or hires. If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to postpone or reschedule. Participants will be notified in advance, and alternatives including rescheduling, converting to a voucher, or conducting the tour at an adjusted fee may be offered.

Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Up to 48 hours before start: Cancel for a refund minus a 1.9% processing fee.
Up to 24 hours before start: Reschedule or convert to a gift voucher (valid 12 months).
Within 24 hours of start: Non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
Weather related Cancellations:
If Poseidon Jet Ski Tours must cancel within 24 hours of your booking, we will first attempt to reschedule or provide a gift voucher.
If neither option is feasible, a full refund will be provided.
