Fitness and Experience

• Participants under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult
• Please inform the provider of any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking
• Please confirm that I am/we are fit, able and have a moderate to high level of mobility to safely load and unload the helicopter without assistance
• Please confirm that I am/we are required to utilise steps and platforms to enter and exit the helicopter
• Please confirm that I am/we are recommended to wear enclosed toe, non-slip footwear
• All passengers weighing 125 kilograms or more are required to purchase a Comfort Seat in addition to their fare
• Passengers 125 kilograms and above are required to contact PHS (Professional Helicopter Services) as the supplier directly.

What to Bring/Wear

• Wear loose comfortable clothing, suitable to the weather on the day
• Wear sensible footwear
• Sunglasses are a good idea as the glare off clouds can be quite bright
• A camera and/or video camera are highly recommended

What about transport? Air conditioned bus transfers are included free of charge from the resort. What about photos/videos? We highly recommend that you bring your own camera to catch this awesome sight on film! When and where can I fly? Flights operate on demand, 7 days a week from Kings Canyon Resort.

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
