• In order to participate, a person must not exceed a weight of 130kg

• Tree tops ropes course runs for approximately 2 hours
• Arrive 30 minutes before the session to sign in and have your harness fitted
• Open 7 days, excluding Christmas Day
• Rain and inclement weather will not affect your adventure, but if the provider needs to cancel your experience they will contact you and arrange for it to be rescheduled
• Once this experience has been confirmed, any changes should be organised directly with the experience provider and will be subject to the discretion of the provider in accordance with this policy:
• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of booking can reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund
• Cancellations made between 2 and 7 days in advance of booking will incur a 20% fee to reschedule and can only receive a 50% refund
• All cancellations less than 48 hours will forfeit their booking. This includes no shows
