Once fully briefed and suited up in your genuine military jet fighter flight suit, gloves, fighter helmet and life support equipment, our ground crew will strap you in ready for an experience you will never forget!
After take off you have the option to have the canopy opened or closed as you fly out over the West Gate Bridge en route to the aerobatics location. With the pilot in full communication and Melbourne CBD in your sights, you will perform an aerobatic routine that is as mild or wild as you like, including straight up loops, inverted flight and aileron, hesitation or barrel rolls, where you will experience the full effect of both positive and negative G-force!
Fondly nicknamed the "Pilot Maker" in the USA, or "Window Breaker" in the UK, The North American T6 Harvard is a World War II-style military trainer. The Pratt and whitney R1340 Radial engine will grumble ahead of you as your strapped in to the 1943 war-bird in readiness for your Essendon Airport departed aerobatics mission.
This 30 minute mission can be tailored to impress all levels of adrenalin seekers!
Eat regular meals prior to flight, avoid overeating, fruit juices or excessive fluid intake two hours prior to your flight. Get a good nights sleep and avoid excessive alcohol the night before.
