    They will learn from a professional chef in a commercial kitchen using top quality produce. The cooking class begins with a demonstration as the pro chef shows you how to break down a full lamb carcass and explains the different cuts and where they come from on the animal.

    Then it's time to roll up tour sleeves and get to work on a chicken as you bone it and break it down into various cuts before marinating in herbs from the farm garden. Next you will refine your skills even further by boning a whole quail, marinating it and cooking it in a woodfire oven.

    Then comes the most important part - the tasting! Sit back and relax in the beautiful grounds and enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of Kelpie Bridge wine.

    To cap everything off you will enjoy a wine tasting and a delicious coffee roasted right there on the grounds.
