    Experience the thrill of flying in a hot air balloon over one of Australia's most beautiful locations: Yarra Valley. You'll take off over the beautiful Victorian wine region to soar over the country side as the sun rises. 

    Just one hour drive from Melbourne CBD, your hot air ballooning adventure begins with a briefing by the pilot before you head to the launch site and, if you like, help prepare the balloon for flight. Thirty minutes later you'll be flying on the wind over the Australian countryside for about one hour. Enjoy spectacular views of the mountains, river, and rolling landscape below as the sun rises over Yarra Valley.

    Fitness and Experience

    • No particular level of fitness or experience is required but you must be able to stand up for the duration of the flight (approximately one hour)
    • Minimum age is seven years, and minimum height is 130cm
    • This experience is not suitable for those that are pregnant, wheelchair users, or those recovering from recent surgery

    What to Bring/Wear

    • Outdoor clothes are recommended (avoid whites) and some solid shoes as the ground is often covered with dew in the early morning
    • The temperature in the balloon is the same as on the ground
    • Be sure to bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen
    • Maximum weight of 110kg per person
