Your V8 race car drive day begins with a registration, followed by pre-drive tuition covering apexes, braking points and overtaking procedure (though it's not a race, overtaking is common - and very exciting!). Then it's off to the pit lane, where you're fitted out with racing overalls and helmet. Your personal instructor will coach you through the intercom to make sure you go as fast as you can, as safely as you can on the 6 lap session.
Allow up to 3hrs for your experience.
Thanks for the day, it was great, maybe you could offer people like me the option of purchasing the 6 laps and giving the 4 lap upgrade for free?? Wayne
Great day my coach in the “Richard” was awesome very calm, he eased my nerves very quickly. I could just enjoy my drive I’ll definitely come back for more. Thank you for a fantastic day, Cheers Richard
Fantastic Experience, absolutely loved it, should have purchased the extra laps, loved every second and wanted more
Brilliant adventure, I will do this again!
I am involved in motorsport as a Volunteer and to be able to drive the track at Sandown in this type of environment was excellent.
Great day at Sandown. I can now tick this off the bucket list. Awesome experience.
The drive was really great definitely will do it again thanks adrenaline
Enjoyed the drive, Mal my instructor was excellent on the day.
The V8 race experience surpassed my expectations and I will definitely do it again!
2 things, 1.Maybe have some tape marked as arrows on the ground to streamline thd register and induction phase. Felt like a big of a zombie trying to work out what was going on, especially from the 1st and second stages. 2. Maybe make some lockers available for those who arrive alone
