Feel the excitement and g-force of V8 performance racing with Australia’s premier V8 experience team on the full National Circuit at Sandown Raceway. This legendary track is sure to get the blood pumping!
Your V8 race car drive day begins with a registration, followed by pre-drive tuition covering apexes, braking points and overtaking procedure (though it's not a race, overtaking is common - and very exciting!). Then it's off to the pit lane, where you're fitted out with racing overalls and helmet. Your personal instructor will coach you through the intercom to make sure you go as fast as you can, as safely as you can on the 6 lap session.

Fantastic Experience, absolutely loved it, should have purchased the extra laps, loved every second and wanted more
Brilliant adventure, I will do this again!
I am involved in motorsport as a Volunteer and to be able to drive the track at Sandown in this type of environment was excellent.
Great day at Sandown. I can now tick this off the bucket list. Awesome experience.
The drive was really great definitely will do it again thanks adrenaline
Enjoyed the drive, Mal my instructor was excellent on the day.
The V8 race experience surpassed my expectations and I will definitely do it again!
2 things, 1.Maybe have some tape marked as arrows on the ground to streamline thd register and induction phase. Felt like a big of a zombie trying to work out what was going on, especially from the 1st and second stages. 2. Maybe make some lockers available for those who arrive alone
A lot of staff but would like to see the ones standing around move around the queues asking for example if indemnity forms are done rather than people wait ten minutes to be sent back to end of the line. More defined queues are needed. Once my whole group left registration there was no clear direction on where to go next. One girl we asked sent us to the wrong shed. I really did enjoy the drive but felt my car didn't have much 'go'. Flat out on the straights I thought it would go faster. Wanted a Holden but was told I had to have one particular Ford and I was taken out of the queue to go in this vehicle. I have to wonder if I was selected due to age/gender. Perhaps enquiries should be made of driver experience as I have had experience in fast high powered vehicles. I would like to do it again and knowing what I know now, I think it would be even better.
My son had a fantastic morning with the V8 supercars and hasn't stopped talking about his experience
