Our Avon River Rafting is a fantastic introduction to rafting for those that have never rafted before or those that just want try something new.
Why not try rafting on the Avon River just 1hr drive from Perth. Be one of the few that can say they have rafted the same water as some of the best paddlers and kayakers do each year in WA’s premier white water event – the Avon Descent.
Close to Perth, the Avon River provides grade 2/3 water with picturesque views. Paddle from Walyunga National Park to Bells Rapid. Your experience will begin by getting your personal protective gear on and being paired with a paddling partner. After everyone is ready to go, you will be given a full safety briefing and then the adventure begins.
You will be paddling in a two-man croc (inflatable raft/canoe).
Please note a minimum number of 8 people are required for these rafting trips to go ahead.
Fantastic outing, hope to go again next season, thank you
Thank you to Jack & Ben (& Mother Nature) for the best day!

Transport from the river launch point (Bell's Rapids) is provided.
The trip departs from Walyunga National Park at 7:30 AM, returning at approximately 11:30 AM and the afternoon session begins at 12:00 PM and ends around 4:00 PM.
When can I raft? This half day of white water, adrenalin pumping action operates during the winter months - July through to September and is dependent on water levels.
