What you can expect
Queensland’s Sunshine Coast has many hidden, postcard-perfect gems. Think untouched stretches of turquoise-hued water, a shore lined by pandanus and almost-always clear blue skies. On this adventure, you’ll uncover one of these beaches for yourself – and, enjoy a beautiful day on the water learning to stand up paddle board.
Your day starts as you farewell Noosa and head through the coast’s Great Sandy National Park to Double Island Point – your piece of paradise for the day, accessible only by 4WD.
Here, you’ll learn to paddle board on one of the many flat stretches of water. Or, if you feel like it, you can cruise along the long, gentle waves that peel off the point. Your instructors are highly experienced and will start you out in waist-deep water – from there, you are free to choose your own adventure!

Time
- Tours run daily weather permitting
- 1 hour beach drive into the National Park from Noosa
- 2 hours on the water learning to stand up paddle board
- 1 hour beach drive back to Noosa
- Please allow 5-6 hours for the experience in total
- Tour does not operate on Christmas day

Terms And Conditions
- All children must be over 6-years-old and accompanied by a paying adult
- Must have a minimum of 4 people to run
- In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead unless you’ve been contacted by the experience provider. If your experience is cancelled, it will be rescheduled by the experience provider
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
