Taking off from The Basin Campground at Ku-Ring Gai National Park on Sydney's Northern Beaches, you'll have a one hour lesson and tour with an experienced guide, followed by an extra one hour of paddle board hire so you can keep exploring at your own pace.

Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced SUP boarder, this paddling adventure is the perfect way to enjoy the pristine water around The Basin. Your guide will teach you all the skills you need, from basic manoeuvring to the correct paddling technique and posture.

Learn about the natural environment and Aboriginal culture of the area as you paddle past significant sights and look out for wildlife, including a variety of fish, sea eagles, lyre birds, wallabies, kookaburras, goannas and more. After your guided hour, you'll have another hour of SUP board hire to keep the workout and exploration going by yourself.
