    • If on the day the boat doesn’t sight a whale, you will be eligible for 50% off your next trip

Get your heart racing with the once in a lifetime experience of swimming with mighty humpback whales on Australia's Sunshine Coast. During whale season this whale watching cruise takes you out from Mooloolaba and get you geared up to jump in the water and feel the exhilaration of getting up close with these gigantic but gentle sea creatures.

These whale watching and swimming trips are approximately four hours in duration and all swimmers will be provided with wetsuits and snorkelling equipment so that you're ready for your underwater adventure. You'll be briefed on the boat before taking the plunge so you know what to expect from the thrilling experience of swimming with whales.

Once a whale is spotted, the boat will go into neutral about 100 metres or more away from the whale. The trained crew on board will determine if the conditions are safe and then swimmers can jump into the water and hold onto the floating line attached to the boat. Feel your blood pumping as you share the water with huge humpback whales.

When your'e in the water the encounter is on the whales' terms. Whales are renowned for being curious creatures so they might come over towards you or they might just keep swimming past or away. They're wild creatures so while the experience provider does everything in their power to ensure whale encounters, they can't guarantee that you will be able to swim with them. But if the boat doesn't sight a whale, you will be eligible for 50% off your next trip.
