What you can expect
Spend two hours in the sunshine with the experts during a two hour group surfing lesson on the pristine waters of Coolangatta. If you’ve ever sat on the beach wishing you were able to surf, now is the time to turn your dreams into a reality. Guided by professional surfing instructors, hit the sand to learn the basics of the water sport including ocean safety and awareness, correct paddling techniques and stance in order to ride a wave.
Group surf lessons at Coolangatta take place in shallow, waist deep waters where it is suitable for a beginner to find their feet and catch a wave under the watchful eye of surfing instructors who will be available to give you personalised tips and advice. By the end of the lesson, you’ll be confidently surfing on your own.
