  • Description

This full day rock climbing and abseil adventure in the Blue Mountains is the perfect gift for someone adventurous, and a great introduction to rocksports.

Your beginners' abseiling course in Sydney will start on a small boulder and progress through a variety of abseils, where you'll get to practice as many times as you like. As you progress throughout the half day abseiling course, fun challenges will be put before you. Race your mate down a sheer cliff face or launch yourself and bound to the bottom in as few touches of the wall as you dare!

Then you'll move onto rock climbing, where your experienced guides will coach your progress from small, easy short climbs, rapidly progressing onto more difficult and sometime inverted faces. There are usually many different grade climbs at one site, so all levels within the group can be catered for.

The Introductory Rock Climbing and Abseiling day is your chance to take in as much climbing and abseiling as you can do in one day. It's perfect for beginners or those with limited outdoor climbing experience. You will learn the basics in rocksports and rocksport safety.
